Minor delays are occurring between Sydenham and West Croydon due to signalling problems at Norwood Junction. A good service is operating on all other routes.
New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access to southbound, you will need to board a new train
No down escalator service between Monument station and the DLR platforms until late June. Access to the DLR is via two sets of fixed stairs and a subway link. This route is not suitable for those with luggage or pushchairs. Please use either the step-free lift from King William Street to the DLR platforms or take the District line to Tower Hill and then change for the DLR from Tower Gateway.

Due to works taking place to install new ticketing facilities, ticket purchases can only be made using credit/debit cards. If you wish to purchase tickets using cash, please start your journey at nearby Mansion House or Monument stations.

Please note that level access is not presently available to/from Circle and Hammersmith & City line trains, and no step-free access is available to eastbound trains.
